	tty.dll      - library for TTY terminal emulation
	ctl3d.dll    - standard library of 3d controls
		       ( copy it to \windows\system dir if you
			 don't have a more recent version there
			 already )
	tapi.dll     - library necessary for minimal Telephony support
		       ( copy it to \windows\system dir if you
                         don't have Windows Telephony already installed.
                         If you have Telephony icon in Control Panel, then
                         Windows Telephony is installed on your system.)
	phonbook.hlp - help file.
	readme.txt   - this file.
	sample.pbk   - sample phone book file.

Version info

This is a new version (previous was ver. 2.1).
There are several useful enhancements, such as log that
allows you to keep keep track of phone calls you make.
Notes window now allows direct editing.

Several annoying bugs have been eliminated.
